    Which apps can I use with CatchON TV?

    Any IPTV player that accepts Xtream Codes or M3U login details. Customers commonly use IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, XCIPTV, IBO Player, Smart IPTV, Flix IPTV, Duplex Play, 8K Player and Perfect Player. We do not publish an application of our own, so you are free to use the player you already like — tell us which one on the order form and we will send the details in the format it expects.

    How do MAG devices work with CatchON TV?

    A MAG box is registered by its MAC address rather than by a username and password. Choose MAG on the order form and a field appears for the address printed on the bottom of the box, in the form 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX. We load the portal against that address, and the box picks up the line when you restart it.

    What internet speed does CatchON TV need?

    As a rule of thumb, around 10 Mbps for an HD channel and around 25 Mbps for a 4K feed, per connection playing at once. A wired connection is steadier than Wi-Fi on older devices, and the trial is the reliable way to find out how your own line behaves before paying.

    How should I judge CatchON TV reviews?

    Test the service yourself rather than relying on a star rating.
